With the Quality Controle Test Stand VQC, it is possible to fully automatically determine the dynamic variables (natural frequencies and damping) of various technical components, detect deviating parts and mark/eject them.
This test is particularly indispensable for the final inspection of aluminum components (cavities, coarse grain formation, geometric deviations), brake pads (prem deviation, pad separation) or brake discs (coating, cracks). During quality control in production, the dynamic variables are features that can be quickly determined. MAUL-THEET offers a complete system that carries out these measurements fully automatically, evaluates them and, if necessary, causes the component to be marked or ejected if the components are different.
