With the Quality control test stand | VQC it is possible to fully automatically determine the dynamic parameters (natural frequencies and damping) of various technical components, to detect deviating parts and to mark/eject them.
This test is particularly essential for the final inspection of aluminum components (cavities, coarse grain formation, geometric deviations), brake pads (shape deviations, pad detachment), and even brake discs (coating, cracks). In quality control during production, dynamic parameters are quickly determined. MAUL-THEET offers a complete system that performs these measurements fully automatically, evaluates them, and, if necessary, initiates the marking or ejection of nonconforming components.
