Description
The quality control test stand makes it possible to fully automatically determine the modal parameters (natural frequencies and damping) of various technical components, to detect deviating parts and to mark/eject them.
This test is particularly essential for the final inspection of aluminum components (porosity, grain coarsening, and geometric deviations), brake pads (shape deviation and pad detachment), or brake discs (coating and cracks). During quality control in production, the modal parameters are characteristics that can be determined quickly.
MAUL-THEET offers a complete system that performs these measurements fully automatically, evaluates them and, if necessary, marks or ejects the component if it deviates from the norm.
