The VSC is distinguished by its compact design and high measurement accuracy, while also offering fast data processing speeds. With a repeatability of 0.25µm in the Z-direction, the sensor sets new standards in highly precise In-line 3D measurement technology. This allows for the reliable detection of the smallest flatness deviations.

Software for solving 3D measurement tasks and inspection tasks

The vSurfaceControl software, in conjunction with 3DInspect, allows you to configure and perform flatness measurements on various parts. Based on a specified tolerance, a pass/fail classification can be performed and recorded. The software also offers customizable reporting in Excel or PDF format.
