We are a Berlin-based company. Our team has been active in the field of structural dynamics for more than 25 years. Our engineers have many years of experience in vibration measurement and analysis, in software development for vibration engineering, as well as powerful tools for vibration simulation and calculation.
We distribute data acquisition systems for vibration measurement, laser vibrometers, actuators, sensors, and a wide range of software products in the field of structural dynamics.
Our analyzers provide various spectral functions such as FFT, auto power, cross-spectrum, transfer functions, as well as third-octave and octave spectra. In parallel, the measurement data can be stored on the hard drive in real time. During subsequent offline analysis, all functions are available just as they are in real-time measurement.
For further processing of the vibration data, we have developed our own modal analysis software. In addition to classic SDOF and MDOF methods, it includes a “hand fit” feature that allows the user to adjust eigenvalues interactively and thus achieve an optimal fit of the synthetic curves to the measurement data. Operational deflection shape analysis in both the frequency and time domain is also integrated.
As an additional option, we offer “Operational Modal Analysis” from the Danish company sVibs.
With the MAUL-THEET ScanSet, a simple single-point laser Doppler vibrometer can be upgraded to a scanning laser system. The ScanSet includes deflection mirrors, a CCD camera, and the complete data acquisition system, and—with the modal option—can be used directly for modal analysis.
The vImpact automatic modal hammer developed by MAUL-THEET enables excitation of frequencies up to 60kHz without double hits. It can be triggered either by an internal timer or externally via a push button or contact.
With our test stands, we measure, among other things, the natural frequencies of turbine blades and the air mass flow through blades. Blade types, limit values and measurement data are managed in a database.
For the brake industry, we offer a damping test stand that determines the damping of shims and other materials in accordance with SAE. The fully automated test stand measures temperature without contact and triggers the measurement at each temperature step. The results are displayed as a 3D diagram over frequency and temperature.
In addition, we offer vibration investigations, vibration calculations, and support in developing solutions to specific problems.
If you are dealing with a vibration problem, you’ve come to the right place.
