The Vibration test stand (VTS) is ideal for comprehensive frequency testing, while the Quality control test stand (VQC) enables automated and reliable quality assurance in production. The Frequency & damping test stand (FDT) meets the demanding standards of the brake industry, such as SAE J2598. The Natural frequency test stand (NFT) provides fast and precise measurements of dynamic properties. Our portfolio is complemented by the Damping test stand (DTS), which was specifically developed for the automated determination of damping values in accordance with SAE J3001. This test bench is able to precisely record temperature dependencies of the damping values. Finally, our Automated Modal Analysis (AMA) system offers fully automated testing that makes workflows more efficient while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy.
Our versatile analysis software enables companies in every industry to carry out measurements and evaluations precisely and cost-effectively. Tools like vAnalyzer offer features like FFT, autopower and cross spectra, while our software vModal supports advanced modal analysis with SDOF, MDOF and manual adjustments. For Operational modal analysis (OMA), we offer state-of-the-art solutions in collaboration with ARTeMIS.
We also have a wide range of specialized measuring devices. Our automatic modal hammers from the vImpact series impress with their ability to stimulate structures with frequencies of up to 60kHz. Some models achieve peak forces of over 2500N, thus ensuring precise and meaningful modal analyses. Our laser vibrometers deliver highly accurate measurement signals without contact. In combination with our ScanSet, single-point laser Doppler vibrometers can be expanded into a scanning laser system, which represents a very cost-effective alternative to conventional scanning lasers. Devices such as the Tachometer vSpeedBox enable contactless recording of speeds. The Vibration monitoring system vMonitor can continuously record vibration data in compliance with standards such as DIN 4150.
