Description

The TBT turbine and compressor blade test stand for large blades comprises a PLC-controlled hydraulic system, a two-hand control unit, a clamping block with an integrated clamping unit, a modal hammer, the sensors, a data acquisition module, and a standard or industrial PC with software.

The PLC controls the proportional valves for pre-clamping, clamping and regulating the clamping force during the vibration measurement. With PLC-controlled hydraulics, clamping forces of up to 650kN are possible. The accumulators ensure that the clamping forces remain stable even during experimental measurements lasting more than 20min.

Software

The TBT software controls the entire test process. It includes user management, management of test objects, work orders, measurements and analyses, as well as documentation and report generation.
