Description

With the quality test stand, it is possible to determine the modal parameters (natural frequencies and damping) of various technical components fully automatically, detect parts that deviate from specifications, and mark or eject them.

This test is essential, especially for final inspection of aluminium components (shrinkage cavities, coarse grain formation and geometric deviations), brake pads (shape deviations and lining separation), and brake discs (coating defects and cracks). In production quality control, modal parameters are characteristics that can be determined quickly.

With the VQC, MAUL-THEET offers a complete system that performs and evaluates these measurements fully automatically and, if required, marks or ejects components that deviate from specifications.

Software
