Description

With the Quality control test stand, it is possible to fully automatically determine the modal variables (natural frequencies and attenuation) of various technical components, detect deviating parts and mark/eject them. This test is particularly essential for the final inspection of aluminum components (cavities, coarse grain formation and geometric deviations), brake pads (form deviation and pad detachment) or brake discs (coating and cracks). When it comes to quality control in production, the modal sizes are features that can be quickly determined. MAUL-THEET offers a complete system that carries out these measurements fully automatically, evaluates them and, if necessary, marks or ejects the component if the components are different.

Software

The VQC software controls the entire testing process. It includes the automatic measurement of test items in the series, the analysis and communication with the production line control.
