Description
Thermal shock chambers are used in a variety of industries, including automotive, electronics, aerospace, and others, to detect product defects in electronic components and assemblies. Thermal shock is critical, among other things, within the framework of the U.S. military standard MIL-STD-883.
The chambers are available in vertical, horizontal, and liquid models. Optional cryogenic solutions allow for further increased cooling speed. The minimum temperature can be as low as -150°C.
