We are a Berlin-based company. Our employees have been working in the field of structural dynamics for over 25 years. Our engineers have many years of experience in the field of vibration measurement and analysis, software development in the field of vibration technology as well as tools for vibration simulation and vibration calculation.
We sell measurement data acquisition systems for vibration measurement, laser vibrometers, actuators, sensors and numerous software products from the field of structural dynamics.
Our analyzers have various spectral functions such as FFT, auto power, cross spectrum, transfer functions, third-octave and octave spectra. At the same time, the measurement data can be saved on the hard drive in real time. During a later offline analysis, all existing functions, just like in the real-time measurement, can be used.
We have developed modal analysis software in-house to further process the vibration data. In addition to the classic SDOF and MDOF methods, it includes a hand fit with which the user can interactively set the eigenvalue and thus achieve the optimal adaptation of the synthetic curves to the measurement data.
The operating vibration shape analysis in the frequency and time domain is part of the modal software.
In addition to our products we also offer the “Operational Modal Analysis” from sVibs.
With the MAUL-THEET ScanSet, a simple single point laser can be upgraded into a laser scanner. The ScanSet includes the deflection mirrors, a CCD camera and the complete measurement data acquisition and can be used directly for modal analysis via the modal option.
The automatic modal hammer vImpact developed by MAUL-THEET makes it possible to excite frequencies up to 40kHz without “double hits”. It can be triggered by an internal timer or externally via a button or contact.
We use our test benches to measure the natural frequencies of turbine blades or the mass flow of air through turbine blades. On the test benches, the blade types, the limit values and the measurement data are managed in a database.
For the brake industry, we offer a damping test bench that determines the damping of shims or other materials in accordance with SAE or EKB standards. The fully automatic test stand measures the temperature without contact and triggers the measurement at each temperature level. As a result, the attenuation over frequency and temperature is displayed as a 3D diagram.
