Vibration test stand | VTS with customer-specific hydraulics

This solution includes all the devices necessary for vibration measurement (modal hammer, sensors, data acquisition) as well as a PC with software.

Description

Once the component is clamped in the customer’s own clamping device, an automatic determination of the resonance frequencies can be started. Optionally, a specified clamping force can be controlled and documented using a pressure sensor. The results and measurement data can be saved and reports can be created.

Advantages & Innovation

  • Automated test system for determining natural frequencies and damping
  • Test procedures in accordance with internal company regulations
  • Cost and time savings thanks to low personnel costs
