Hydroacoustic classification of ships
Hydroacoustics is the comprehensive system solution for measuring and evaluating underwater sound signals for the classification of ships and boats. In addition to stationary use in a server-client network, Hydroacoustics can be used mobile on board. With the automatic synchronization of the mobile-collected measurement and metadata and the central database at the location, highly secure and comfortable work is ensured. All metadata, such as ship data, hydrophone data as well as measurement and evaluation data, are stored in a central database and are therefore available at any time for further evaluations. Hydroacoustics’ network-oriented software architecture allows an (almost) unlimited number of clients that can measure and evaluate at the same time. Furthermore, partial and entire data sets can be synchronized between several databases using the transport database. This enables, for example, the smooth operation of branch offices or the evaluation of data at office locations. In all measurement modes, the time data can be recorded in parallel and saved in the Hydroacoustics database. Special graphs for the different measurement modes enable an optimal workflow. In the Hydroacoustics Calculator, the data sets to be evaluated can simply be dragged and dropped from the database into the individual analysis areas using the mouse. Here the data can be evaluated using FFT, third/octave and SFT analysis. The results can be further calculated in post-processing and combining. View allows all measurements and results to be displayed in the overlay.
