Vibration monitoring vMonitor by MAUL-THEET

Description

All vMonitor systems have integrated anti-aliasing filters that enable multi-channel vibration measurements of small amplitudes in the low frequency range (<3Hz) with very high quality. By continuously recording the vibration signals, it is possible to create analyzes of the measurement data retroactively over a long period of time. In addition to general vibration monitoring of buildings and structures (DIN 4150-2 & DIN 4150-3), the systems are also used to monitor the function of vibration absorbers.

The introduction of permanent monitoring of the natural frequencies of bridges, for example, enables a better, higher level of safety. Monitoring the emission levels of production facilities is just as possible as monitoring for emission control of sensitive equipment. To protect works of art, the vibration levels of ceiling floors, display cases, or individual objects can be monitored. Warning messages help identify vibration exposure and provide personnel with information so that immediate countermeasures can be initiated.

Standards and guidelines

With the vMonitor, measurements can be carried out according to the following standards and guidelines

The measurement results are compiled into a report automatically or, if preferred, with a single button press.
